Services

Targeted Case Management services are available to children and adults who are experiencing emotional difficulties. Our primary goal is to link, advocate, coordinate, and monitor services that will benefit the consumer's mental health. Case Managers work to empower the consumer by enhancing access to community resources and ensuring that the client is able to utilize these resources.
